IF THE BID IS UNSUCESSFUL THE DEPOSIT IS REFUNDED TO THE BUYER.

Payments by either Paypal to A1motorauctions@btconnect.com, cash, bank transfer, cheque or Visa(a fee will be charged of 2.95%).

Fees are paid to A1 Motor Auctions in 6% percentages as displayed on the listed page and a minumum of £50 over riding any fee below that ammount.

Mileage on vehicles are unchecked and therefore should be taken as incorrect.

We take no responsibility for any incorrect information given by the seller.

You must inspect the vehicle fully(if possible) before bidding.

All vehicles are sold as seen with no test drive and no comeback.

All vehicles are checked by Hpi for finance, damage and hire purchase before payment is made.

A1 Motor Auctions have the right to cancel a listing at any time due to vehicles being advertised elsewhere.

Keys will  not be handed out after an auction has ended unless full payment has been made. Please dont ask as refusal often offends.

Vehicles must be paid for and removed 48 hours after the auction ends . A £10 charge per day is made after this time for storage.

YOU ARE BIDDING TO BUY AND NOT TO COME AND INSPECT AFTERWARDS.

THE DEPOSIT IS NON REFUNDABLE AFTER THE AUCTION ENDS AND YOU HAVE BEEN AWARDED THE LAST WINNING BIDDER.
